Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (Cubed)
- 3 stalks Celery (Diced)
- 1 Large Onion (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (Minced)
- 2 cups Carrots (Diced)
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 bag Broad egg noodles
- 4 quarts Chicken stock or bullion
- .25 cup Parsley (*Optional)
- 2 teaspoons Dr. Meaux’s Cajun Recipe Seasoning (*more to taste if needed)
Directions
| Step 1 | Season cubed chicken and set aside. | |
| Step 2 | Melt butter in a large pot. | |
| Step 3 | Add onions, celery, and parsley and cook for a few minutes. | |
| Step 4 | Add ½ of the chicken stock and bring to a boil. | |
| Step 5 | Add chicken and cook for 10 minutes. | |
| Step 6 | Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes. | |
| Step 7 | Add egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes or until the noodles are almost done. | |
| Step 8 | Add the rest of the stock and take the pot off the heat. Keep covered for 5 minutes then serve. |
